Dr. Kailash Chand Sharma received the M. Tech. degree in 2012 and Ph.D. degree in 2016, in Power Systems and Electrical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, India. His Ph.D. thesis title is “Large Scale Wind Power Integration in Competitive Electricity Market”. Presently, he is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, Punjab, India. He researches on multiple aspects of power engineering, ranging from in power system economics, power system operation, electricity markets, forecasting, stochastics and optimization. He has three years’ experience in teaching Electrical Engineering at undergraduate level.
